2 Quater reflection😷

It's the end of the second ,and the beginning of the third quarter for heritage middle school.The area I improved in the most  in English  Language Arts is studying ,because in the first quarter I didn't really study as much as I did and the first quarter,and I used to fail most of my test and ,I used to do nothing but after and the first quarter and New Years there was a new me and I left the old me back in 2016.

Something that I accomplished this year that I am proud of is becoming a better person.My family,friends ,brothers and sister is noticing my  good behaviors.I hope to become a even better person throughout the year, I want to be the best I can be, But I also want to be able to be good at all of my school work.

The most challenging part for me this quarter was homework.I would say homework because when I came home I really wanted to watch tv ,or play my Xbox,or go outside with my friends really bad but I couldn't because I had to do my homework.If I don't do my homework I won't be able to do any of those things, if my grades are horrible I won't be able to do anything,and if I don't do my homework I won't be successful at all.You have to strive for greatness

 

Book talk

Book Report.
  The name of the book I am reading is called “The Bully” by Paul Langan.This book is realistic fiction.The bully talks about a boy named Darrell Mercer he's a freshman in high school,African American,he has short hair.Darrell used to live in Philadelphia with all of his friends until his mom had got fired and had to move to California for a new job and better opportunities.Darrell didn't want move away from all his friends but he had too.So Darrell and his mom moved to California and he doesn't like anything there he doesn't like the people ,he doesn't like the stores ,he doesn't like his house or ,even his school.Darrel gets bullied at school by this boy named Tyrell and takes Darrell $10 every Friday before school.Darrel gets fed up with bulling and sighns up for the wrestling team to try to take down Tyrell and his friends.

The mood for this book is kind of sad because Darrel doesn't want to get bullied and he didn't do anything to get bullied.He doesn't want to go tell on him because he'll be a “Snitch” and he doesn't have anyone to help him.The theme I can predict is  to not let anyone bully you and if you see someone getting bullied step up or tell an adult.(I'm didn't finish yet)
   
I like this book because it's interesting,it's addictive,and because it's a really good book.The part I remember most about the book is when his friend brought him and Darrell a cheesesteak burger.Darrell said “That was my last meal with my best friend and ,my last meal in Philadelphia”.I would recommend my friend Christian to this book because we like most of the same books ,movies,and games so he might be interested in a book like this.”The viewer” should get this book because it's a good really book.
